TUITION ASSISTANCE Limited tuition assistance is available to those families with validated financial need. Tuition Assistance Applications are now available in the school office and here on our website. There are 2 parts to the application: 1) a form to be submitted to Private School Aid Service (PSAS) with a copy of your Federal Income Tax return and W-2 and 1099 forms; the PSAS Student Aid Form with required documentaion and fee must be postmarked by April 30. 2) an SBS Tuition Assistance Application to be submitted directly to the school, also with a copy of your Federal Income Tax return and W-2s and 1099s; the SBS Application, with all required documentation, is due in the school office by April 30. After the school receives its report from PSAS, all applications are carefully reviewed and evaluated, and awards are made to those with the greatest need. There are no school parents involved in the review/evaluation process. The evaluation committee is comprised of staff members from the school business office, and members of the Parish Finance Council. The two forms are available below to download. The PSAS form is interactive; that is, you can open the file, type in the form, save it to your computer, and then print it to submit to PSAS. The SBS form is not interactive.
