SBS TV broadcast is now student oriented. The role of the SBS broadcast and tech team members is to make a yearlong commitment to serve SBS student body with multimedia presentations using technology. Eighth grade students who are eligible may sign up for the SBS broadcast team. Each broadcast team goes live on the closed circuit SBS TV network on Mondays and Fridays. The students work in pairs and will broadcast the prayers, intentions, Pledge of Allegiance, school news, and other announcements from the computer lab under the direction of Mr. Stanford. The eighth grade students who do not want to be on the broadcast team but wish to be on the tech team may sign up and will create a PowerPoint and assist Mr. Stanford in the operation of SBS TV. Seventh grade students may also join the tech team. All students who sign up must meet certain requirements and serve at the discretion of Mr. Stanford. |
