Accepting Applications for TK - Grade 8

Thank you for your interest in St. Bonaventure Catholic School.

There is a $55 online application fee per student. This fee is non-refundable. The following documents need to be submitted online with your chid's application.

1) Legal (not hospital) birth certificate
2) Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
3) Photo (TK, Kindergaren, & 1st grade only)
4) Most recent report card, standardized test scores (grades 1-8)
5) Certificate of First Holy Communion (if applicable)
