Strategic Plan 2025-2030

Following a year of collaboration, discernment, and thoughtful planning, St. Bonaventure Catholic School finalized its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, a faith-filled roadmap designed to guide our school’s continued growth and excellence.

Developed with input from students, parents, faculty and staff, parish leadership, and community members, the plan reflects our shared commitment to educating the whole child—spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally—within a Christ-centered community.

The Strategic Plan focuses on seven key areas: Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, Finance, Student Life, Facilities, Marketing & Enrollment, and Advancement. Together, these priorities will guide our work as we honor our strong foundation while building an even brighter future for generations of Saints to come.
